Supra

Milton Bear had to stay home today because I had to go to the U.S. Embassy and he would have been bored. You can check out my previous blog to see what he missed about Georgian culture. However, I am most disappointed that he missed a Supra, a Georgian dinner party.

This lasted three hours with about 20 different dishes. Starts with bunch of appetizers, different breads, multiple meat dishes, fruit plates, and ends with five different types of cakes. The waitstaff continually clears your plate and puts a new plate down in front of you indicating that you should eat more.

In the foreground above is Khinkali, a Georgian dumpling, that is filled with meat.

There was also some authentic Georgian Karaoke. You can check out my Instagram to see it.
